Are you looking for a massage that
works especially for you? One that will contribute to your
individual health and well being? My goal is to work with you
to ensure that you receive the most effective benefits from your
massage.
Massage can help to reduce pain,
relieve stress, prepare athletes for an intense workout or use
to simply to relax and enjoy some time made
especially for you.
I was trained and certified at the Massage
Therapy Institute in Davis, CA. I'm licensed by the city of Davis
and a member of ABMP, Associated Bodywork & Massage
Professionals.
My goal is to customize each massage to match your
specific needs. I use an integrated massage
approach incorporating most of what I have been taught which
include but is not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy of the
pelvis, neuromuscular therapy of the neck and upper torso, trigger points and muscle
energy techniques.
My current fascination is with neuromuscular
therapy and trigger
point therapy. From my experience with the bodywork
I receive and with working on many of my regular clients,
these therapies have been deeply healing for myself and for my
clients, which is why I continue to educate myself on these
modalities.
